Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase from Seema Pandey’s online gallery. We hope you are delighted with your new artwork. If you need to return an item, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your artwork to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom artworks or commissions
  • Limited edition prints that have been signed and numbered by the artist
  • Artworks that have been altered or damaged after delivery
  • Personalized artworks

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at seema@seemapandey.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the artwork. The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned artwork, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment, minus any shipping costs. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

Damaged or Misrepresented Artworks

If your artwork arrives damaged or is significantly different from the description provided, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and provide a full refund or a replacement if available.
